Luke Adams Glass is crafted in the Boston, MA area where every piece is handmade and signed by Luke. Each piece comes with a bio-card explaining how no two pieces are the same.

RETURNS

Every piece is insured, and we immediately replace any damaged piece free of charge. If your product arrives damaged please contact us right away. We accept exchanges on every piece for credit, unfortunately there are no refunds.

ORDERING

Luke Adams Glass has been selling to wholesale customers since 2001. What we need:

Your Sales Tax ID number.
Your company name, address and phone number.
An order of at least 12 pieces.
A valid credit card or check for your first order.
- We charge 8% on shipping and handling and 6% on large orders over $500.
- MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover are all accepted.
- Orders and terms are subject for approval for Net 30 after first order.

PRODUCT

Our best sellers are the starfish, hearts and pumpkins. Everything is made in our studio in Norwood, MA and usually ships within two weeks after ordering. Galleries located in eastern Massachusetts or an hour outside of Boston can receive free hand delivery.

If you include your Tax ID Number we will adjust your order total to reflect our wholesale pricing when we receive it.

FAQ’s

Q Do I need a brick and mortar store?
A No. We sell to web retailers, and other types of retail owners.
Q What happens if my glass arrives damaged?
A All of our shipments are insured. Call us immediately, save the piece and packaging, and we will ship you a replacement.
Q If my piece arrives broken or damaged can I take it off the bill?
A No. Please contact us right away and we will have it replaced for you.
Q Do you offer Net-30?
A Yes. After the first prepaid order. We have a minimum of $250 for Net-30 orders.
Q Can I receive a small order?
A Yes. Once you are an established wholesale customer, we are happy to fill smaller orders.
Q What is your turn-around-time?
A Typically, you will have your order within two weeks.
Q Can I receive engravings for a wedding or a special event?
A Yes. We can engrave for 50 cents extra on any piece.
Q Can I request my own colors that you do not typically make?
A Yes. Unfortunately, there are no exchanges for requested colors.
