I bought a Groupon, will it expire?

No, we will not let your Groupon expire.  We will honor it until you schedule.

Can I reschedule a or cancel a class?

All class sales are final. Cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. We are unable to reschedule your class once it is purchased. Classes are limited availability and therefore sold like a concert ticket.

My Class was cancelled, now what?

If for some reason we have to cancel your class due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule. 

Can I pick up my piece?

You can pick-up student pieces or online orders Monday-Friday 9-3 or Saturdays 9-1.

Can I apply the value of my class toward a purchase instead?

At this time, class purchases are final and cannot be used toward merchandise. Alternatively, a merchandise gift card can be used toward purchasing a class

Can I get a refund for my Groupon?

Only Groupon can refund your Groupon purchase.  You will need to contact them directly.
