What are your estimated processing/shipping times? Many ofouritemsaremadeinourstudioourteamofglassblowers.Handmadeitemsaremadetoorder,andcantake7-14daystobemadeandshipped.Pleaseallowupto10businessdaysbeforereachingouttous to check on the status on your order. Our standard shipping speed with our carriers is 3-5 business days.

STORE HOURS: Due to construction, we are not available for in-person shopping at this time. We hope to have our brand new gallery up and running by Spring 2024, and look forward to having folks back in for shopping as soon as possible. 

Do you do custom work? Our studio does not take on any custom work at this time. This includes commissions and repairs.

Can I schedule a class?Due to current construction in our studio, we are not currently offering our glass classes. We hope to resume them sometime towards the end of the year. At this time, the exact timeline of when we are planning to resume is unknown. Thank you for your interest!

I bought a Groupon, will it expire? No, we will not let your Groupon expire.  We will honor it until you schedule.

Can I reschedule a class that I wasn't able to attend during the pandemic? Yes. We are still honoring previous gift cards and classes that were paid for. Please send us an email at lukeadamsglass@hotmail.com.

Can I apply the value of my class toward a purchase instead? Yes, we are happy to apply the value of your Groupon or Voucher toward something from our web site. Please email us for a gift code: lukeadamsglass@hotmail.com

Can I get a refund for my Groupon? Only Groupon can refund your Groupon purchase. You will need to contact them directly.
