Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.
If the purchased product is faulty or defective, proceed with your return request and we can offer an exchange, refund, or store credit.
Damaged or Defective items are eligible for return. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 7 - 14 business days after approval.

Please do no send back broken glass, as it is unsafe for you and our shipping department. You may simply throw the damaged piece in the trash after your return has been approved.

Use the gift card code delivered via email at checkout on products and classes. To use for classes, select the date and time and add the selected quantity to your cart (i.e., if 2 people will be attending, you need to purchase 2 slots).
