Thank you for supporting small businesses and makers like us. Handmade items contain slight variation in shape and size. We strive for uniformity in the pieces we send, but if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please let us know.
Damaged or defective items purchased within a 30-day window may be eligible for online store credit, exchange, or refunded to your original form of payment. To initiate a return / exchange, please email pictures of your item(s) to: email@example.com. Make sure to include your 5 digit order number. Original shipping costs and/or return shipping is non-refundable. Once approved, enclose your packing slip and mail your shipment to:

Please do no send back broken glass, as it is unsafe for you and our shipping department. You may simply throw it in the trash after you provide us with a photo.
