We strive for as much uniformity in the pieces as we can. If you are sent a damaged or defective item, you are eligible for a refund or exchange.
Damaged or defective items purchased within a 30-day window may be eligible for online store credit, exchange, or in some cases, refund.
To initiate a return / exchange, please email pictures of your item(s) to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure to include your 5 digit order number. Original shipping costs and/or return shipping is non-refundable. Once approved, enclose your packing slip and mail your shipment to:

Please do no send back broken glass, as it is unsafe for you and our shipping department. You may simply throw the damaged piece in the trash after your return has been approved.
