Return and Exchange policy FAQ

Damaged items may be eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund. To initiate a return or exchange, please visit the returns center on our site or email us at hello@lukeadamsglass.com. Be sure to include your order number and photos of any damages. We will never ask you to ship broken glass back to us. Original shipping costs and/or return shipping costs are non-refundable.

How do I return?

  • Visit our returns center
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
  • Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer's remorse returns, such as an item didn't fit, didn't like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.

What items are returnable? 

  • Within 14 days from the date of delivery
  • In unused and re-sellable condition
  • In the original packaging (if applicable) with all the tags intact

The item I received is damaged

If the purchased product is defective or broken, proceed with your return request and we can offer an exchange, refund, or store credit. Do not send back broken glass.

Can the items be exchanged?

Any item you are not pleased with can be exchanged for the paid value. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer's remorse returns.

    How do I ship back the items?

    For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request. Use this link to begin your return or exchange process.

    How soon will I get my refund?

    Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 7 - 14 business days after approval.

    Glassblowing and Fused Glass classes

    • *CLASSES ARE SOLD INDIVIDUALLY -Limited availability for each class time.

    • *CANCELLATION POLICY: All class sales are final. Cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. We are unable to reschedule your class once it is purchased.

    Please do no send back broken glass, as it is unsafe for you and our shipping department. You may simply throw the damaged piece in the trash after your return has been approved.
