This policy applies to all customers who purchase a subscription to the Luke Adams Glass Mystery Pumpkin.
Customers may choose between:
Monthly Subscription ($35/pumpkin): Billed every month until canceled.
Quarterly Subscription ($39/pumpkin): Billed every three months until canceled.
Each subscription delivery includes one mystery pumpkin—a squat or mini sizes. Pumpkin styles and colors change monthly.
Customers are charged based on their chosen subscription frequency. The billing date is viewable and manageable in your account subscription center. Charges are processed automatically on your renewal date unless paused or canceled before then.
Mystery pumpkins ship within one week of your billing date. Shipping timelines may vary slightly due to production volume or holidays.
You may skip any delivery up to five months in advance by managing your preferences in your subscription center. Cancellations are allowed anytime before your next billing cycle. Once billed, orders are processed and cannot be refunded or reversed.
If your mystery pumpkin arrives damaged, please initiate a replacement through our Return Center (linked in the footer of our website), or email hello@lukeadamsglass.com. We’ll make it right.
